Absolutely fantastic company. Faultless customer service, delivery on time with a really friendly driver and the most beautiful, perfectly even tree. Very wide range of trees on the tree lot. We have been coming every year for the last 5 years and trees keep the needles all through Christmas we always get a lodge pole pine they are the best shape and smell and never drop needles as long as you water them . This is the first time we requested a delivery of trees early afternoon slot. Advised that the driver was a bit slow with the deliveries . Turn up at 5.45pm . Just an idea they should have a coffee shop there. Where you can sit get some coffee seasonal treats that's sort of thing. It would be a gold mine for them. As there is nothing around where you can get coffee. Just an idea maybe for next year

We bought our tree from here last year, and have just had this year's delivered. It's BEAUTIFUL, as was last year's. Huge, and smells divine. We have ordered online both years and I have two small gripes (hence the 4 stars, not 5). 1, both years we have ordered 6-7ft and it's been *just* 6ft. 2, it very clearly states in the confirmation email that you will get 48 hours warning before delivery, but we haven't had that either year, they just rock up with it. Edelweiss christmas tree company is by far the best place to buy your real Christmas tree. Beautiful trees that last for at least 5 weeks if properly looked after. The staff that work here as well are so nice, friendly and helpful. Its got a lovely feel to the place and nice atmosphere....and the lads even took our Christmas tree to the car for us. Lovely place and lovely staff. I highly recommend this place.

The tremendous selection of magical Christmas Tree's to choose from is only topped by their customer service; outstanding! A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. They also offer same-day delivery (if you're early enough) or next-day delivery. Merry Christmas!

Loads of trees at reasonable prices with helpful friendly staff.

Needs to update website on Google to state it actually opens at 10am not 9am. Wasted trip. Not able to comment on quality of tree.

Bought my first ever real tree from Edelweiss Christmas trees last year and what a beauty it was! Everyone who visited my home commented on how fantastic it looked.As I'd never purchased a real tree before I was amazed at the choice and quality of all the trees available. You can walk around leisurely with your family and pick the tree that you all like best as you see them out of their netting and can get a better idea of their fullness and height. The staff were on hand and extremely helpful too, when I asked for advice on what type of tree I should purchase, they were very informative. Then the guys net your chosen tree up for transport and carry it to your car, it's a real pleasure! I'm sure they can deliver them now too!I must say also that I was really delighted (and pleasantly surprised) at how well the kept its needles and how it remained so fresh looking for so long, to be honest it could have lasted well into January as I had bought it very early in December but kept to the care guidelines (which are given to you at the till) and watered it regularly and positioned it in a perfect place in my home not too near a heat source.Honestly if you've never had a real tree before but are thinking about it, do it!!!

They weren't even open for business but we were treat like we had a personal shopper! The guy picked us a perfect tree and that's why I go every year. Excellent customer service and excellent trees. I can't recommend them highly enough

Massive selection of trees, friendly helpful staff and free mince pies and mulled wine ! Prices are good and wide ranged so you can find something to suit your budget, have been getting our tree here for 10+ years and always beautiful and lasts.
