Just been to Llandudno on a coach trip using my great Sprite Powerchair when it unfortunately lost battery power!!! Called in Ableworld and Paul- manager very kindly charged it for me whilst I had coffee. Very many thanks for such great serviceHicharged

Staff are very helpful and polite. Parking right next to it. Ground floor plus raised area accessed by rampCafe on site ran seperatley good food, pleasant staff. Plus toilet onsitd too

Hired a mobility scooter for the mother in law so we could cruise up and down the promenade. She had a great time. It's the first time I've done something like this. It was inexpensive/easy to organise and she only drove into me three times. Result. These scooters have a range of 20 miles or something and go at a brisk jog full clip so in Llandudno you could keep up with the fittest of your family. I will definitely book again in the future. It really did make the town accessible for the in-laws who can otherwise barely walk 20 meters.

Very nice friendly and professional and helpful staff. Booked to hire a scooter a couple of days before coming on a coaching day out. The transition from receiving scooter to returning it was faultless. Well worth visiting if you need to hire any mobility equipment. Also you can buy mobility equipment very well stocked.

We came from the USA with family and needed a wheelchair for the 2 days. Nigel was so helpful and in just a few minutes we had a wheelchair and were on our way! It was an easy walk from near the center of town and I would highly recommend Ableworld! Be sure to ask for Nigel!

I hired a mobility scooter from here for two days. The staff are fabulous I booked over the phone and it was an easy process all through to picking up the mobility scooter and returning. The mobility scooter was lovely to ride very comfortable. The shop is very near the town centre so very handy for shops and the prom. My scooter was good for 20 miles so I did not need to charge it, it was practically full when I took it back. I strongly recommend this place and will definitely be hiring again from here on our twice yearly visits to beautiful Llandudno.

Great people and very helpful as well, hired a wheelchair for my aunt and can hire motorized chairs as well and a cafe attached to the building, so can get a cup of tea.
