Heath Street Dental

I visited Heath Street Street Dental practise last month. I was experiencing an aching jaw as I was grinding my teeth vigorously. I was seen by Dr Kajal Shah. My experience during the whole process was very pleasant. Dr. Kajal Shah thoroughly explained the reasons for an aching jaw, why it’s happening, if untreated and the options I can go for. The outcome of the consultation, I decided to go for a mouthguard. The whole process was quick, efficient and more importantly I knew I was in safe hands. Once the mouthguard arrived, Dr Kajal shah contacted me within a week. She explained the process of how to wear the mouthguard and maintaining it. The customer care was excellent, after a week, was contacted by the dentist to see how I was doing.

This practice is amazing. I see Dr Tim and have also seen Dr Radhika. They are so patient and kind considering I'm extremely scared of the dentist. I always come out of there feeling well looked after with excellent high standard of care. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My friends all recommend this place on Heath street as a dentist , I haven’t been yet but booked and appointment and they were super quick to fit me in and really lovely on the phone

I've just seen Dr. Kajal for a long overdue dental appointment and I highly recommend her. She is friendly, caring and knowledgable!For someone who can be slightly nervous at the dental clinic, she reassured me and answered all my questions. Her expert training and great communication skills meant I was fully informed about different options. At the end she carried out a detailed scale and polish! Thank you to Dr. Kajal and the team, I felt really cared for.

First time here and excellent right from start to finish! Came in for a tooth extraction and Dr.Ali explained the procedure, precautions, risks involved. The extractions was quick and painless too.Good after care follow up as well.

When part of our order was evidently lost in shipping, your team very pleasantly investigated and solved the issue. Great customer service as always! Highly recommended!

Was a nice clean clinic.It's a private practice and there prices are very high.I would certainly suggest that you try to register for an nhs dentist.It would certainly save you lots of money.The staff were friendly and polite.

Very friendly and professional team.I’ve been treated by Dr Kajal, she is super helpful and caring. She is very attentive in telling what is happening during the treatment.I would definitely recommend this clinic!
