Lovely Curry’s PC World shop! I’ve been here since 2019 or something. In 2019, I’ve bought some Blue Beats EP for £74.99. Today, I’ve bought some Red Beats Studio Buds for like £109 or something(for my brother ofc). Great shop as always!

Looked online for a phone charger. Found a Samsung one for 17.00 for 45w.Got to store and found a 45w Samsung charger but was 10.00 dearer. When asked staff, they said that the one in store is a carphone one???? All same company????Either way told order online to get that price and click and collect. Unbelievable. No wonder people use amazon etc.

I knew which computer I wanted but assistant was so pushy I nearly went to Argos. I just wanted a straight replacement but he was adamant I needed to go his routeBuyer beware.

Asked for assistance found someone, said they would come back, did not come back, I had watched them she then carried on talking to colleague. We stood around for 20 minutes, we then walked away, we brought item in Argos.

Lovely spacious and bright store. Huge range of products in each section. So much choice! Staff at checkouts busy and polite. Asked 2 on the sales floor where I would find a particular product that was advertised, only to be told over there" and a point in the direction. Could have walked me over to the item as they were not actually doing something else at the time."

If you're looking for anything electrical it's all there except electric blankets and thows. Nicely laid out, and always got deals.

The day Macey and Freddie became my heroes.Okay, so I love playing The Sims. I looked forward to playing the new pack all week and my laptop suddenly died. First World problem? Absolutely but here we are. Anyway, my laptop displayed the blue screen of death and I was crushed. My husband tried to fix it and couldn't so we checked for a new, reasonably priced laptop online. We headed to Currys Chatham and met Bradley who honestly did his best but I was set on an OLED screen and turned down all other options. I know I could order online but I really wanted to play my game okay?! So we returned to the store after a think and met Macey and Freddie. I explained the specs I wanted and we agreed on an HP laptop but was disappointed to find it wasn't actually in the stock room. Listen, I know how boring this is to read but I don't care, I can't stop and it's taking ages to set up my games so let's continue. I then settled on another laptop and after lots of searching, Macey brought it out! The store was about to close and my weekend was saved! Thank you to Freddie and Macey for giving us so much of your time and energy and for making sure I could enjoy some Sims Time this weekend. New sims Freddie and Macey Curry will soon be made. Not all heroes wear capes, they wear Currys uniform.Seriously Currys, you're lucky to have them. Freddie was so clued up about tech and together they were a wonderful team even though your stock levels are shocking.Sorry to Bradley for not going back to him.Thanks so much!!

I had a wonderful time shopping for a phone at Medway Currys. The store's spacious layout and efficient organization made browsing a breeze.
