Royal Mail Hove Delivery Office

I've never lived anywhere with a worse postal delivery service. We live in a block of flats close to Hove Station and talking to other residents, we receive actual letterbox deliveries in the block once every 10-14 days. Absolutely appalling and there's nothing we can do about it - apart from visiting the Sorting Office to collect.

Have had three emails to say my parcel is ready fo collection and so went up to e told that it is in the building, although they do not know where. so asked to return the net day and they ae sure it will be found. stood in the rain for forty minutes to e told still not found. they send me another email to collect and again told not been located. this office needs to get their act toether

I had to queue up to 50 minutes with my kids to collect my parcel. At 17:45 your staff/employee told us that they would not take any more customers after a certain line. you cannot simply except people to queue up to an hour then be turned away because of your incompetence to deliver basic services.

Horrible service, after they left red card for missing delivery l called them more than 10 times each waiting time 30 min to 60 min no one answer ,than l changed my address to my local shop so they can leave the parcel there still l m getting red card delivery will be next day ,l wonder have they realise people are working in this country they can't sit and wait all day for them. Unbelievable

Don't deliver parcels, don't collect either, Booked a redelivery 4 times and NO ONE came to deliver it... Rest assured this well be reported multiple times untill a change happens, don't want to work get another job

Very poor service. It's just so unbelievably slow! Only ever one person on the desk and they couldn't locate my parcel on multiple occasions. Lots of other residents queuing up to complain that their post isn't delivered properly, not ringing bells etc. So, anyone with a red card is left waiting a long time.UPDATE: revised to add another star. After the third time I'd endured the long DO que. I was in luck and a manager was at the desk. Three days later I received a call and came to collect my package straight away. I'm glad they worked to resolve the issues I experienced. Could still do better though.

Completely unhelpful opening hours. Posties seem to prefer to just take my parcels straight there rather than see if I'm in. Which I always am. Pathetic service Royal Mail offers these days. Absolute disgrace.

Very helpful staff. However incorrect information online. Please change the opening times online. Arrived at 17.40 on a Thursday and closed. Says open until 6pm. Not great Royal Mail.

With only a 2-hour window for all customers in the afternoon before 6pm, at least, Royal Mail would have staffed more than one person at the counter. Obviously not, Royal Mail just wants to inconvenience you as much as possible and make you suffer in the long queue.
