Sales man Steven really good give us a price then after tha keep phoning the company finally we decided to go head every thing done I was waiting for 5 weeks to start work no response finally Nigel one of the team member said can’t do in this price such a waste of time

The repairs were completed but his mannerism and communication were unprofessional. Kept shouting every 2 minutes instead of politely asking for information and started telling us off for plumbing issues instead of understanding floods can be accidentally caused. Then talking to me continuously expecting immediate for response whilst I was on a call. Coming/Opening bedroom door popping head to chat in instead of asking or knocking first. Anyone could've been changing or anything. I was alone female too. Manners cost nothing. I then told him twice im on the phone and slow down, wait for response so we can provide him with any of the details so we can give you info. He then laughed when I was telling him this like it's a joke.Ignorant man.Work was efficient though.
