RISE is no longer at Bakers hill it is at Templar House Scott Close off East street. next to the new little sainsbury. From Bakers hill entrance walk to the end of the road turn right follow road past garage, turn left into Scott Close after Albany surgery. up the slope on the left Rise is the building straight in front of you
