Extreme Eyebrows

Great place ,good service, unfortunately the negative reviews left below are fron those desi freeloaders who want a service for free.

Extremely rude lady who did my eyebrows. She didn’t sanitise her hands after tending to a customer, did my eyebrow threading in 3 minutes and all the hair is still there! When I showed her the hair she said she can’t do anything about it. Never going here again.

Pooja has being doing my eyebrows for the past 8 years . She has helped me grow my eyebrows so much and always does what she does best . Truly trust her with my brow life haha thanks girl . Always polite and friendly . Not to mention she is always smiling .

It was the fastest and most accurate I've ever had my brows done! And I liked it straight away. I'd usually have one complaint or two but everything was just spot on. And quite affordable too

Went here for eye brow wax as it was quick whilst I was shopping. She made another lady sit and wait for me to get my eyebrows waxed whilst the other lady had eye brow tint on. She didn’t clean the chair between me and the other customer which is crucial at the moment. I didn’t feel any hairs come out of my eye brows and they haven’t been shaped at all, can’t tell a difference. I wish I’d said something but the lady waiting for me to be done had already commented on how long the tint had been on. My few hairs aren’t as important as burnt skin! Won’t be coming again, do not recommend.

Told lady to leave my eyebrows as thick as possible. Took a big chunk out one side. Very unhappy. Will never go again. Only went as had no time to go to benito up Birmingham. Avoid at all costs.

Wouldn’t go here again! Lady was extremely rude, talking on the phone the whole time in her own language not acknowledging me there as a customer!Brows have been waxed so uneven and a chunk taken out of one brow! Tinted with patches of hair left out

Good service but the ladies were rude and judgemental.

Absolutely disgusted today. Went to the one opposite Boots. I explained before she started my eyebrows to be careful as I have a scar so follow the shape and tidy up. She proceeded to thread them. She showed me n they were fine. I did ask if she just straighten slightly and that 2ould be great. She then showed me afterwards. To my disappointment she had removed a huge chunk of eyebrow and exposed my scar completely. So now I told her she messed up and I cant believe what she had done. She then tells me I'm wrong and she is the experienced one who has been doing it for 16 years.Cut along story short I now have to draw in my brows which I have never done. So avoid at ALL costs. Customer service was the worst ever too!!!!LADIES DONT GO HERE!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING!They are burning your skin and leave you with a ton of scars and sore skin.They should be absolutely closed!I hope you don’t do this to any other customer. I would definitely contact trading standards and a solicitor!
