An awful experience. They never answer emails. They had not been able to provide an exact Google Maps point or a screenshot with a house to check how close neighbors were, etc. before the viewing, Ronald has proposed in a short and rude manner to just cancel the viewing instead. So I've asked for one small simple thing that any agency gives you by default and basically has been told that I don't need it (they probably know better than me what I need) and sent away. Such a great way to treat customers.
