Gloucester Road Post Office

My parcel in front of me at the post office, me receiving a text massage saying “you can collect your parcel “ and 2 useless lazy girls telling me we don’t check parcels. THEY DO NOT CHECK PARCELS AT THE POST OFGICE WHERE YOU HAVE YOUR PARCELS DELIVERED???????SO WHY ARE YOU WORKING???? Very incredible what is happening SHOCKING ! More lazy you are more chances you have to be able to work in this place

Bad customer service, I used the branch to post a letter abroad this morning. Waited for ages, got to the front and said I'd like to post a card to the US. The lady snapped back 'do you need stamp', I said I need to post a letter to the US yes. She then said 'do you have cash?', I said I was unsure as I didn't know how much it cost. She said again 'do you need stamp'. I said yes, she said 'do you have cash'. At this point I was starting to get frustrated and said I don't know if I have enough cash as i don't know how much it is please can you tell me. She said the amount and i didn't have enough cash. She then started completely ignoring me and doing something behind her. The lady in the next counter then said she could serve me as the card machine at the first counter wasn't working. Why on earth the person at the first counter i went to couldn't have just said that the machine wasn't working i have no idea. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WON'T USE THIS BRANCH AGAIN

Lost or stole my DPD parcel worth £300. They claimed it was collected by DPD, but it wasn't ( have proof )They also said that what happens to a parcel after it's been handed over to them is none of their business and that they don't care what happens to it. It's shocking! If you're posting something valuable at this branch, be sure to take photos at every step of the way in case of compensation

Extremely poor service. Choose another Kensington Post Office if you can. Rude and unprofessional service.

It must be quite challenging working in this Post Office. Many visitors from out of town send mail to different parts of the world, often without much familiarity with the British postal system. While there’s nothing wrong with this, I believe some of the reviews might be unjust. I’ve frequented this place for many years and have always received the service I required. Waiting times can vary and sometimes extend. However, when it’s your turn, a bit of patience and courtesy usually makes a significant difference. It’s great that they’re now taking Amazon, DPD, and Evri drops too.

I've been using this post office for the last three years while living and working locally. There can be queues at busy times, however staff are efficient and friendly. I usually visit around 9:30am. This week it has been very quiet with no queue and the new lady behind the desk was welcoming and processed my items quickly. Overall I've always been pleased with the service.

Very frustrating experience, went twice to collect a parcel and it was more difficult than it should be. Such a simple process made extremely complicated by people in there.There is no customer service as you're being passed from one person to the other.Got in at 7pm to collect the parcel, waited untill 7:20 to hear that I need to come next day as they need more time to look trough the parcels...Id avoid at all costs going back here if possible.

I went to Gloucester Road Post Office to send couple of parcels. there was a long queue but thank to Navya, everything went fast and she did a great job. Thank you so much for your help and beautiful smile.

This post office has the worst customer service of any in the area. The employees are so rude that they question you why you choose a certain shipping class. Not only that I have seen them also talk down to other customers.Prices also fluctuate dramatically for the exact same parcels being sent!Do not support this business, post elsewhere!
