I sent my mare here for AI with an off site stallion, this was all new to me and my first time breeding from my very special mare so I was understandably anxious, Country Farm Stud came recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed.She stayed on livery and went on to give birth at the stud, I was never worried that she wasn't in the right place. Once she gave birth and following weaning she came home but I left my youngster there on a combination of pen and grass livery till he was ready to be backed.He is currently going through the backing process with Karen and the girls, and he is turning into an absolute sweetheart thanks to the work that has been put into him. From start to finish all in all 4 years I've always been confident in the care my horses have received and completely trusted in Karen and her teams knowledge. The temperament and manners of their own on site stallions is testament to the handling and care they receive and Karen has treated my horses as her own. I would highly recommended all aspects of the services Karen offers.
