Very easy online purchase, no hassles. Item delivered very quickly at a reasonable delivery charge compared to some others. Could have bought cheaper but at a much higher delivery cost makes no sense. Very pleased with the quality of the item and overall service from Plumbworld. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great service & good quality goods and delivered within the stated time frame. Easily contactable by phone which is a major plus for me. I had an issue with one item that didn't match the photo listed online but this was swiftly dealt with and a refund issued. Will definitely use them again.

Really good price and delivery schedule. One thing i like is the price comparison to major competitors. Chances of finding lower price is slim but if you do it'll no lt be much different from my experience.

It would be 5-stars but damaged item (not their fault) meant I couldn't fit it immediately.Service is great, knowledgeable people on the other end of the phone. They price matched and delivered quickly.However, the original item arrived damaged (the box showed no external damage so it must have been damaged at the factory).A phone call made to Plumbworld and a picture sent got me a replacement the following day.I can't fault them, would definitely use them again.

Purchased a sink from this company which was a good price but unfortunately had to be returned due to an issue with my kitchen. Received excellent customer service via the telephone and in person on returning the product to the warehouse. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, polite and helpful and refund was processed swiftly. Would definitely recommend Plumbworld.

Shower unit arrived in good time and was well packaged. It was easy to fit, although different holes had to be drilled, as the old holes didn’t line up to the new unit. We also had to extend the old pipework a little, so that it would reach the inputs in the unit.We’re really happy with the shower unit, it’s so quiet you cannot hear it running in another adjacent room, whereas you could with the old one.The price was the cheapest around.I would recommend Plumbworld and the triton shower unit.
