Love Ringtons biscuit and cakes. Bought loads over the years. Use them to get special christmas presents for my neighbours and friends. Went to Beamish on Thursday. On my way out I treated myself to a packet of gingernuts. Opened them today. Almost all of them were smashed into little bits. I was so disappointed.

Mum, 90yrs, has been getting deliveries from Dean in North Berwick for many years. It made her day when he came with his basket of goodies and she was able to 'go shopping' The last 2 years have been so difficult with dad passing away last year and mum getting progressively worse health wise.If it was not for Dean arriving and alerting us on one of his visits things could have been very tragic. Our family will be forever in his debt. 6 months down the line she has recovered and is moving to a care home. Dean has contacted me regularly to check how she is doing. What a lovely, caring, kind man. The world needs more people like Dean.

I tasted Ringtons Traditional Blend Coffee at a friends house recently and I found it very good. As I only buy Fairtrade coffee I rang your orderline to get a Fairtrade equivalent, but was surprised to be told you only have one type of Fairtrade coffee and it is quite different to Traditional blend. Could you tell me do you have any plans to improve this poor situation?

I had been enjoying Ringtone products and looked forward to ordering from the Christmas booklet. However I've not see or heard from the delivery person since early October when he originally knocked i said that a call after 16:00 was the best time for me as I work. There was a card put through my door saying he'd call back between 15:30 and17:00 I waited in but he never came back that was 6 weeks ago so I've returned to my original supplier the local supermarket as I can't depend on the delivery person. I'm very disappointed but won't be buying anything more from Ringtons.

They were good on the phone and were going to escalate my concern to an area manager . They said he would ring me back the next day, HE DIDN'T which has made me more angry about my original concern. This is a week ago. Ringtons are going to lose my business which l have used for years?
