I used Kuddus Solicitors for the purchase of my property under a Home Purchase Plan from Al-Rayyan Bank, who gave me a short timeframe of 4 months for completion. I touched based with my assigned Solicitor, Amina Ali, and explained to her the urgency of the matter. She did not waste any time and commenced working on my case immediately, starting the searches without even receiving the initial payment! She was very thorough throughout the whole process, providing updates constantly and continuously chasing the other party, who were initially very slow to respond to communications. I found Kuddus Solicitors and in particular Amina Ali to be very professional, knowledgeable of Islamic Finance transactions and easy to get hold of, answering all questions that I had promptly.I stumbled across Kuddus Solicitors by chance as they were on the approved panel by Al-Rayyan Bank. I had never used them before, but decided to go with them due to their experience in Islamic Finance as well as their convenient location in East London Mosque. This was my first HPP purchase with them and I would definitely use them again given the opportunity!

Called to book a Statutory Declaration to be witnessed - all booked in fine. Then, after making my way down there for my appointment, they said they did not offer that service. Office also very dingey and dirty. Unpleasent staff. Would avoid.

I have engaged Mr Wakil Ahmed for both straight forward residential conveyancing as well as more complex commercial matters with bridging finance. Mr Ahmed is responsive and professional. He manages expectations and will keep you updated. He is knowledgeable and has worked very well with the other side solicitors too, making the transaction smooth. My advice to anyone using a solicitor would be: don't use the cheapest. Use one that has experience and a well established reputation like Mr Ahmed.
