we played as a group of societies so we had a package which was generally very good except for a couple of issues...Too many bunker GUR ( GROUND UNDER REPAIR) and some greens were very slow not mowed.but staff were very friendly and the food was nice but very limited selection for vegetariansoverall. very enjoyable day..

Well looked after course. Some challenging holes with water playing a good part! Would of given 5 stars if bunkers had better sand.Good choice of food and drinks.Friendly staff throughout. Club house and annex very nice with seating outside.Society days welcome. Buggies available.

Brentwood Golf Club
Open Parkland course. With undulating fairways, two-tier greens, and some super 'driving' holes with some holes guarded by water hazards so course management comes into play. Fairways, bunkers & greens were in good condition.Really good layout with lots of interesting and different shaped holes. Practise putting green & driving nets. Good club house friendly staff.

Great course with a decent variation of hole lengths, nice undulations and a good mix of traps and hazards. Greens all ran very consistently and were quick given the recent weather.Members and players were all very chatty and friendly. I played as a one ball visitor and a two ball swapped their tee time with me to get me out ahead of them and a four-ball.Was offered to play through by two four balls in quick succession and had a nice chat with some of them off the tee box of one of the holes. All of the players I met were very polite and friendly.Would highly recommend the course and will be going again!

Very difficult course, every hole has up to 2 hazards.Doglegs at almost every hole.Nice and fast green.Buggies allowed all season.Nice Bar/restaurant and lovely staff at Pro shop.

Great course, great staff.Getting a booking at a weekend is nearly impossible, unless you are a society and are OK having a slightly later tee time. This is testament to how popular it is here.A good variation of holes to test everyone.

Really decent course and well worth the £15 odd a round during winter. Definitely a bit soft in places and a few small areas need attention but never the less a thought provoking challenging course. Guys in the pro shop always friendly and whilst facilities are a little lacking (nets/putting green) it is still one of my go to courses. Afternoons are probably the best to play as the morning/lunch seems pretty full.

1st time playing here and really liked the course. Grass on the fairways were quite long but understandable with the soft conditions underfoot. Greens in good shape. Will be coming back

Brentwood Golf Club
Played here last week and the course was in great condition with no temporary greens and the fairways were decent enough. The course is challenging with some great holes and interesting pin positions. It was very cold, barely got above zero, so i will return when it warms up a little.
