DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.They are awful.I would give ZERO stars!I purchased a shed from them and had it installed by their subcontractors. 4 months later the top piece of felt blew off in the wind - a moderate breeze (I provided them with an official meteorological report)! Customer services were consistently rude and unhelpful. Said it wasn’t a warranty issue as “adverse weather looking at my location”! Ridiculous! I live on the South Coast but the issue was poor quality felt and incorrect nails used. I paid myself to have it re-felted, thicker better quality felt, felt nails and batons.All 3 professional roofers that provided me with a quote said it was poor quality materials that caused the issue!I even wrote to the managing director with all of the evidence but I just received the same couldn’t-care-less reply from the same rude, ignorant “head of operations” who is clueless and unable to accept hard facts and evidence, preferring to just make her own assumptions. LEGAL ACTION IS BEING TAKEN!

I ordered a 8x6 shed from them they seem to dragging their heels abit but alls well should be here by weekend

Purchased a shed on sheds.co.uk which I have since found out is owned by Sixty Stores. The shed was delivered on 1st July 2022, assembled by our landscape gardener and carpenter and the final results were disappointing. The shed was very flimsy, the wood had split and the roof bowed within a couple of days.i notified the company on the same day of the issues. Sent photos and even a report by the landscape gardener who advised it was the worse shed he had seen. Sixty Stores only agreed to a full refund once I had sent them through their 7 day no quibble guarantee however a full week after the shed has been collected I am still waiting for my full refund. Customer Service were helpful with the order and even the initial raising of the claim. Thereafter I have had to chase for updates. I was advised that the refund would take 3-5 business days for processing but no sign of it, no one has confirmed it has been processed. Please consider carefully before purchasing through a company Sixty Stores owns.

Awful service, can't contact anyone to resolve any issues, we have purchased an expensive garden building and parts were warped. It was left part installed in the rain and when we complained we were told we could pay £40 to have a tarpaulin delivered. The door does not fit properly. We have been waiting for new parts and the final install for two weeks whilst it has rained and water has soaked the inside. I have called and it goes through to a general number and no one answers. I have emailed and I have had poor replies and no resolution. The manager James at Sixty Stores in Stratford passed my query on and again it has been unresolved. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!! i WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR

DO NOT USE. Terrible customer service. Items were delivered damaged and 'assembly team' do not exist. AVOID and buy elsewhere.

These guys deal with different companies - I guess they distribute the goods for them but I ordered a parasol and still waiting… I am starting to think it won’t be delivered.The best advice I can give to someone is check the company you are ordering from and do not order from these guys. You can’t get in touch with customer service either it’s just awful! Thank god I didn’t spend a huge amount of money with them!

Sent me a damaged item then said they will send me the spare parts to fix the issue. Really a good company would send you a replacement not beat around with spare parts ????

Ordered a sofa set for the garden, first worry was no order confirmation so called company, was reassured it would be forthcoming… nothing, emailed customer service and received invoice… have contacted them regularly since. Still no sofa set or any sign of it been delivered have now requested a refund and cancelled order.

Very disappointing customer service. Tried to immediately cancel an order so I could upgrade it to a more expensive item. Refused to refund by which time I’d placed the alternative order. Just unhelpful and I won’t use this site again.

Bought a shed/greenhouse from these clowns around 2 years ago. Currently putting it all in the skip. That's how good quality it was! Customer care at time of purchase was poor at best. Just avoid and buy from reputable business.
