The staff at Magna Mazda Poole were great. They arranged the test drives I asked for quickly and efficiently. Nothing was rushed. I had plenty of time to drive the vehicle and ensure it was totally right for me. The service from the salesman was superb throughout. This was a very big step, having had my last car for a long time. Very different approach to other dealers I tried. Treated me like a grown up and entirely professional.

Magna Mazda Poole were helpful because - I bought my car online only - they sent me a personal video pointing out any dents etc. answered all my questions, offered but didn't harass me with insurance and finance info - I pointed out at the start I was ok for all this. the car came with breakdown cover and 12 month's warranty, so I was more than happy. the delivery service/driver was excellent helpful and informative. Sadly, as I live many miles away, I am unable to have my car serviced with them but would not hesitate to if I were local. I would buy from them again. I'm now, a very happy MX5 owner

I would recommend Magna Mazda Poole to friends and family because no matter who you deal with at this branch their service is Outstanding, professional, friendly, down to earth and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing is ever too much of a problem (Not that I've ever had a problem with my vehicles from here). I cannot rate them highly enough! Would not go anywhere else!
