Place is massive. They give you pager, sat in waiting area for 1.5 hrs after many calls to my office, finally left waiting area to go to d25 only to wait a further 1.5 hrs whilst artics came in behind me and got served 1st. Just about to throw my toys out my cage. 3hrs waiting for 2 pallets. Do not go there without a book,food and hot flask, or you will loose your mind and your temper. Should be shut down in my opinion

Customer Care — 64812306I haven't received any response since October regarding my gift card refund due to your technical issue. Despite multiple emails, I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and resolution. Is this the standard for a large organization's customer care? Please refund my gift card promptly or I'll pursue additional measures.

Good company with the worst advantage card system ever, I cant building a points because every time I will use my card their Machine does not recognise my card and I have to do a new card. I definitely give up try to use their advantage system is ridiculous keep trying to get some benefits of a fail system like they have

Ordered present for Xmas. Supposed to be delivered 8 days ago. Its been sitting in royal mail office for 8 days. Tried to contact boots, sent 8 emails without reply. Will be going to another outlet this weekend to buy the same gift as cant risk not getting present delivered in time for Xmas. Will return to boots for refund if it ever arrives. Won't be going back there for anything.

Needed copy of eye test. Tried to get thru by phone for 2 days. Always engaged. In desperation went to optician dept at Brent cross to see if they can help. Been here an hour - they couldnt helpUpdate 27 April. In desperation I went thru their customer complaints dept and they were able to expedite matters, They also found out that their phone system was not working - hence the numerous calls over many days that were not answered.

Awful on-line service. Not the first time we've ordered from Boots only to find that they do not commit to the order. Having placed an order (for next day delivery), had my payment card details taken and my order then confirmed, I subsequently received an email during the night with a feeble excuse that there was no stock.Considering we are living in 2023, with WMS and ERP solutions providing seamless order processing and fulfilment (this seems to work for most online companies) I find it frustrating that a long established company like Boots cannot sort themselves out.As I say this has happened before with Boots, so if you need an item next day then go somewhere else.Never again!
