The food was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The new decor creates a calm cosy atmosphere. Definitely underrated!

The vibe in this place is fantastic for work, meetings, or even unwinding. The quality of the hot and cold drinks and food was spot on.The exquisite ambiance and overall experience are the result of meticulous attention to detail. The staff were very professional and friendly. For coffee enthusiasts looking for a relaxing and fulfilling retreat, Waffle Project is a must-stop.

For the price I think there are better places. I’m a big choc concrete lover and this unfortunately was dry. A good concrete should be moist and rich. Good effort but need some improvements in the classics and better presentation when taking away (more custard/ drizzle of chocolate. Cutlery also not included. Maybe takeaways aren’t the one so will return for a coffee.

Save your £8 and go elsewhere! Very little strawberry even though it claims to be a ‘strawberry delight waffle’. A very sad and small scoop of vanilla ice cream and the chocolate sauce is bitter. Very disappointed

Visited a few weeks ago to catchup up with my friend. The interior was beautiful, it was pretty quite. The service was outstanding and quick. The menu had a good variety and the food did not disappoint! The coffee was made to perfection also looked stunning! Hard to find a place where the food is as amazing as the interior! Thank you, will deffo be back again

I came into waffle project with my family and the desserts and the customer service was excellent. We ordered the milk cookie dough, the bueno waffle and the strawberry delight waffle. All 3 desserts met our standards, and even more! Presentation was on point, and the staff were extremely friendly. 100% gonna come again soon, inshallah :)

I think what attracted me most was the ambiance, well layout decor and jazz playing in the background. The staff are always friendly and then the food is good, fresh and very well presented. Overall a good place to relax. The aircon can be a little chilly at times but with the heat outside, it's a pleasure.Returned to the Waffle Project today for a chicken salad. And once again, I was not disappointed.For those a little hungry, the jacket with two filling, coleslaw and green salad will certainly fill that hole.
