A fantastic family run business, kind, friendly, and welcoming staff, and above all helpful and informative. They're very competitively priced. If you have any garden requirements, wether it's plants, landscaping, sheds, or garden features, or maybe you want to have a browse to kill a few hours there's also a lovely café to have a cuppa and snack then this is the place to go.

We ordered a ton bag of top soil from here.. I'd carefully removed all the stones from our new driveway border so it was stone free.. we literally had half a bag of top soil and half a bag of stones! Every time we water it the stones and gravel come to the top. I would not recommend their top soil

Had 850kg bag of gravel lowered onto my classic car at time of delivery, all caught on ring doorbell video camera. Careless at best. Response from Singletons was very disappointing. Not even an offer of refund of the delivery charge! Would not recommend this business. Poor treatment of customers.

Went tonight 14/12/23 for the christmas shopping evening, had a delicious meal in the potting shed. The food, service and entertainment were exceptional. Would definitely recommendeveryone who wants some lovely food and service to give the potting shed a visit you won't be disappointed.

Lovely place to meet with friends and have a coffee and cake at the potting shed.Garden center great too, didn't seem to be as much choice as usual with bedding plants. Still overall lovely center. Would recommend!

Good selection of young plants especially for hanging baskets and well laid out. Nice little cafe, but dogs have to sit outside which is unusual for a garden centre as they’re normally welcome inside the cafe / restaurant, of all the other places we visit. Food was nice and all the waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady on the till was quite rude and abrupt and spoke to the staff as if they were dirt. I know it was busy, but not sure why this person would be on the front desk if she’s so unfriendly!

This place is usually very busy, but reasonably well organised, the cafe wins a prize for the worlds largest scone, or at least the largest I've seen on sale... Had to share it of course... although the coffee was definitely mundane...which is a shame and the external patio area is a bit of a seating mis match and shanty town marque approach... which again is a shame as there's a lot of potential to make it a really nice French cafe theme with the Olive trees and umbrellas, along with a drift wood seeting area and pebble beach section...hey ho what do I know.
