Great friendly service with no pressure just great help and advice

I was recommended to contact this company when I needed new batteries for my wheelchair.The moment I spoke to them on phone I felt very comfortable with them. They knew exactly what I was talking about as I described the symptoms. They would order the batteries and come two days later to fit them.On the day they rang very early to tell me that the batteries and were very apologetic. I found that call a relevation. The number of times I have had a tradesman just not turn up and here was someone telling me first thing there was a problem. I liked that.Next day he arrived as advertised and the repair was very quick.They don't know it yet but in a few weeks I am getting a wheelchair from them through Motability. I was very impressed with the service.

Brilliant company mams scooter come and was in brilliant condition when she got it they fully serviced it gave her s new cover for it and bringing a new bag would recommend to anyone after a scooter thanks guys

I called to get a repair. However, it could not be done as it is something to be taken care of by the council. But I just have to say that speaking to the staff they were so polite and helpful and it's not often you phone somewhere and you get so much help and cheerfulness. They solved the problem for me too. I wish them the best for their business.
