Appalling packaging resulted in the product not working once installed, but since it has been installed Terma exercise this well rehearsed get out" clause. They will then quite happily sell you another element.Terma suggest they put a premium on customer services

We ordered a product from this company via Screwfix and when we went to install this we realised that the product was damaged. We contacted the company and they refused to replace their damage product.It was an expensive product that is damaged and the company are not willing to do a thing! Terrible customer service and a terrible company! Never order from them!

I shopped with plumb nation - but sent diagnostics to Terma over a week ago!! Terma - drop plumb nation as a stockist. But first replace my element! Appalling, untrustworthy operation. Quick to sell to you. But when items are faulty they have no interest in replacement, replying to emails, supporting or refunding. They are breaking the law. They are a shambolic operation. If my business had to function around the reliable supply of plumbing products I WOULD NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. Because they won’t help me with an over £100 faulty radiator element, I’m cold!, without ££, and am having to claim it back from my card provider despite providing plumb nation with evidence and all documents 2 days after delivery, moments after installation. Surely an element registering over 4000 degrees Celsius on an app but not heating a rad needs immediate unquestionable replacement! Not as far as plumb nation are concerned. They’d rather ignore your emails. Hope that you go away. Katy Boys

Fantastic looking radiators, easy to use heating elements and great customer service. Certainly recommend Terma.
