I contacted Headway last Wednesday afternoon and was quickly invited in for a chat on the Friday. The staff were friendly, professional and genuinely interested in my working history and the kind of work I was looking for. They identified a suitable position there and then and submitted me for the role.Today (Monday) I received a call offering me the position and asking if I can start work tomorrow, not even a week since I contacted Headway!Fantastic service!

Due to covid my previous job was cut short so I needed a job quickly. I got in contact with Sally Criddle and she really made me feel comfortable and boosted my confidence. She got me two interviews for places that really matched my skills and they were perfect. She even prepared me for the interviews and made sure I was 100% confident with my answers. Even though the companies didn't take me on, she gave me the feedback and we went through it together so it made me come away from this feeling more confident having interviews in the future :)

I've never actually considered looking for work via an agency but I'm so glad I did. I was lucky enough to be appointed with Sophie who was wonderful and fantastic at her job. Finding work can often be daunting and stressful but Headway somehow manage to take that away and help you in all the right areas and assist you in your journey. Sophie was always a first point of contact and was always happy to help and seemed very approachable with a great sense of humour (always helps!). I would recommend Headway to anybody out there trying to get back into work or finding a new job because they are brilliant at what they do. Thank you Headway!

I’ve had the recruiter ever, if wasn’t for Sally explaining and guide me throw the interview I wouldn’t have got the job, in fact a job that a really, really wanted.Ive been in a few agencies Sally Cridlle, oriented me just like a mother with its own child, some agencies isn’t dedicated but headway has the best staff and they are preoccupied with people and making sure they get what they want, they go the extra mile in order to help.The best experience ever with working recruiting agency!I will definitely indicate to others.

Headway Recruitment in Bradford, Shipley are brilliant, my consultant, Sally Criddle, is so knowledgeable, and great to liaise with, plus the fact that she is very polite.
