I went into a few 02 shops the last few weeks and was met with unhelpful staff. Even after I explained I have Autism and I am struggling to get my money back that I had to pay up front for my phone. I was nervous to try again but I decided I’ll go with my mum to the one in Portadown. We explained my situation and I was met with a member of staff that was patient and understanding and happy to help me with my problem. Thank you for making my experience better than the rest. Highly recommend.

Very poor. Gave me wrong quote on a phone recycle and couldn’t correct it at till. Had to chase it for weeks. Won’t be back.

Great service , spoke with a guy on Friday called Stuart , told me to come in on Saturday around 10 am ,spoke with him , business done phone sorted out in 20 mins , great service
