We were very pleased with the service that we received. Alex spent a lot of time explaining the pro and cons regarding the mobility scooters.When we explained that we did not want to place an order that day he did not put any pressure on us.When we came back the following week to place the order he was extremely helpful.The only negative was that he incorrectly sold us the Essentials insurance rather than the Economy one. However Debbie Borlase easily corrected this and we have now received a refund.We are exceedingly pleased with the service that we have received.Many thanks.Patricia & Tony Roberts

Hadn't heard of HALO before so was a little apprehensive. However received excellent service & quality workmanship. Updated daily on progress, and car returned clean and tidy. Recommended.

Went into the Lincoln branch on Sunday to look at and try out mobility scooters. From start to finish it was a great experience. Was greeted by Dan, explained what I wanted and was shown the most suitable ones to suit my needs. Had a few rides on them. Dan assisted by Alex couldent have been more helpful. Weighing up pros and cons and trying both my eventual choices in our car boot for fit. Nothing false or pushy about them just total honesty. I ordered my scooter there and then and would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone. very friendly and helpful. First class service with a smile. Thankyou.

Brilliant help and service from Daniel and a new lady who was training. I went in having done research on line for riser/recliners I therefore thought I knew what I wanted how wrong could I be!!I’d decided I didn’t want a waterfall back and two motors would be adequate!I was assessed and tried the different sized chairs and found I actually needed a petite one. I tried various chairs and narrowed it down to two both with 4 motors and both waterfall backs!!After much thought and NO OVERSELL I decided the one for me.I would definitely recommend CareCo in Lincoln. My advice is try in store before you buy, on line is fine for an Asda shop but choosing items and equipment for your disability is a totally different ball game.Thank you to Daniel and the trainee you made the experience a really good one

Very welcoming, from the moment we stepped into the store. A good range of mobility scooters/powered wheelchairs to choose from. Good advice from Linda, the sales advisor, who gave every opportunity to try the chosen wheelchair and explained the features very well and appropriate information was given. The supplementary products and services were well explained too. Overall an excellent experience and we would highly recommend CareCo.
