Great from first time speaking with them for advice, to booking. Very welcoming when we arrived. The young lady vet we had was welcoming friendly and so great with talking us through the whole process. Was amazing with our cat and took my 1 million questions in her stride never making me feel like I was being a pain or an idiot. So glad we have signed up with them for our cat .

I seldom leave reviews but I feel the service we received from Medivet Wickford was exceptional. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. It was our first visit and I was a little nervous because I have trouble hearing and mostly lip read but Susanna was very patient and explained things really well. I am pleased tosay our Golden Retriver is on the mend. Thank you all so much. Very glad to have found you.

Each time I’ve called the lady on reception has been extremely helpful. Refreshing to speak to them. As a first time dog owner I haven’t been sure on some things and they have been able to advise me.

The practice is amazing and the service provided is outstanding. The staff were all very easy to talk to and were able to help out - especially with the deal treatment we needed because our kitten was too small for the normal cat treatment. The ordering process for the treatment was super easy and it arrive the next day with a text message saying I could go and collect it. Couldn’t think of a better surgery to be registered with!
