Had my Signature Strickland Pool/Dining table delivered and installed today. Dwayne and Phil done a great job, very professional, said it would take 2 hours and even though they had 3 other orders to follow didn't rush (took 2 hours 15 minutes. Very friendly guys and a credit to your company. So impressed with the table and the matching benches. Service has been impeccable! Thankyou and I recommend totally!

From start to finish I've been very impressed with the whole team at Home Leisure Direct. Charlie on the sales side was fantastic and very responsive from day one. Neil and Aaron who delivered and put together the table today were in great spirits despite the early start from Bristol and the London traffic. Top work lads. Kids were made up when they got in from school and are already enjoying the pool. Highly recommended.

The show room is definitely worth a visit staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Rob took care of me and my wife on our visit and gave really good advice and was mindful that this is a large purchase and needs to be right for us. We were looking for a dinning table first and foremost and decided upon the Signature Chester table. Order process was easy, delivery was very quick and the dinning table is excellent. In fact such a good quality dinning table my two teenage sons have been sat around it for meals for two months with no idea it is even a pool table. A simple table cloth has hidden the biggest and best Christmas present in plain sight. Pool table is excellent quality with slate bed and competition cushions. The balls, cues, triangle and table cover are excellent quality and the chalk supplied in same colour as your cloth is a nice touch too. Very much looking forward to revealing this surprise on Christmas Day and letting the family competition begin.

From the start, Home Leisure Direct were really easy to deal with. They helped us choose the table and package. Availability was great and we had our table delivered today after a short wait. We paid for the installation which was expertly done by Chris & Howard. They were both superbly polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We have just had our 1st game on the table and I have to say it is absolutely perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and the product. Thank you!

My home Leisure Direct experience was excellent. Good advice from Rob while shopping around and once I'd decided to go ahead with the purchase the whole process was relatively straightforward. Delivery and installation was quick and easy but most importantly we are delighted with the table.We bought the oak pool dining table and it is brilliant. Using it as a dining table takes a bit of getting used to as it sits a few cm higher than a normal dining table but the pool playing experience is exactly like playing on a tournament standard table (even if the standard of play isn't!). We are very happy with our purchase.

Great service all around! Ordered online, got a call the next day to explain the process and expected delivery. Ended up getting delivered earlier than expected, and was built up and fitted within an hour and a half. Couldn’t ask for any better!

Worth the trip to the extensive showroom. We had made an appointment with Charlie and he was good at explaining and showing us different pool table options. Useful finance option was available to us and they were helpful in delaying the delivery by a couple of weeks as our extension wasn't quite ready. Pleasant delivery men who put it together. Very pleased with our purchase.

Pool table arrived on time but was found to be damaged when unboxed and assembled. There is a patch of glue on a side panel. There is a split/crack in a side panel where a screw has been overtightened - must have occurred in the factory as the table top comes assembled as one piece. Final damage, the corner cover plate piece won't stay in place because the plastic pins have snapped off inside the box.It's 2 weeks since reporting this damage to Home Leisure Direct and they haven't even bothered to give me a reply, despite being chased again last week. Their customer service doesn't appear to exist. All I asked was that they send me a replacement corner cover piece and I would live with the glue and the crack in the side panel.There's plenty of places to buy a pool table online so avoid this company and buy from one who actually checks their products before dispatching them.
