Would usually be 5* as most staff are fantastic! Blonde lady serving today made fatal retail mistake - made the customer wrong! Entirely focused on speaking over listening. Missed 2/3rds of info given and blamed customer instead of asking politely for info to be repeated. Will be avoiding garage if she's behind the counter again!

Attractive prices and services were available. My partner and I were welcomed by a friendly staff members filling the drinks fridge. When making our selections from the drinks fridge we were welcomed by a friendly staff member. A lovely female manager wearing a white shirt was also present. I think her name was Mirela". After promoting the shell card to us

Usually shell would score alot higher. Score is based on some staff, keeping me waiting late at night. Not friendliest of staff. Over priced in store. But mainly because I don't trust security of the card machine. AVOID USING YOUR BANK CARD HERE. If I'm desperate enough I get cash from down the road to pay

When their machine couldn't read my card, the attendant snatched it from my hand, licked his thumb and cleaned" it. when i complained he was rude. If you are too thirsty to make it to the Londis or CO-OP and don't mind your bank card being cleaned with spit

the staff there don't know how to behave with customers, they didn't give me the voucher with double points, it came out of the machine and I put it away, it's a shame that shell is managed by such people

Good fuel at a reasonable price for the area. The jet wash is often frozen in the winter, and the shop is over priced. Friendly staff more often than not.

I visit this Shell mostly on Sundays when I'm in Salisbury. There's a friendly chap who works only on Sunday evenings. I think his name is 'Ignas' and he is Polish. He works very hard and provides a brilliant service. Hopefully, the other staff will follow his example. Also, he sold me my first fill-up on fuel in my beloved car! He must be promoted!
