I have used Seniors for servicing for over a decade, and have also sold two cars to them, achieving a very fair price both times. It is rare as a woman to find a garage you trust not to rip you off. My experience has been great all round.

I bought a Vauxhall vivaro van from senior cars , after a few weeks the clutch slave cylinder failed , understandably this could have not been seen or prevented , however the way the garage handled the situation was terrible. It took a month to have the repair carried out , the head mechanic Barney is clueless and thinks it acceptable to attempt to rev match a customers van back to the garage , Tom is very polite however the manager is extremely rude and patronising. Yes they provided me with a van for the inconvenience however it was not fit for purpose , filthy inside and out also with a cracked windscreen , not even 5000 miles later the same issue has occurred again , they now will not recover the van , or booked it in for an inspection for another 2 weeks which is not suitable as the van is used for work , I would avoid this garage just simply for the after care for there customers

Huge thanks to Tom for absolutely everything in making my recent purchase less stressful. From the first drop in, test drive, to the pick up, Tom kept me fully up to date and was on the case constantly. I can't rate this company enough. The team in the office were really pleasant, professional and not pushy!

They made sure the new car I bought was in good condition, replacing tyres where necessary and even respraying the rear bumper due to cracked paintwork. Genuinely the first time I've bought a car from a dealership and left with confidence knowing I have paid a great price from honest and trustworthy people.Edit: Now I realise how naive I was writing this!Now that I had the car a few months, i'm afraid i dont feel the same way and i was clearly too hasty in writing this review. The car I bought, which happens to be the most expensive (and newest) car I've ever purchased, which I bought specifically to start up my new heating business, has developed a whole string of faults - DPF was blocked, even though I gave it a good blast weekly and added DPF cleaner to the fuel, the Vac pump failed which I had to have replaced, SCBS faults coming up every time I drive, and engine management light keeps coming on (independent of these other faults). No worries right, I got warranty? Wrong. Be warned, their warranty company is bad. They didn't pay the full value of repairs, so I've now been left with a £10k pile of metal which likely needs £1000s more spending on it to resolve all of its issues. The warranty company even had the nerve to ask me for more money to extend their abysmal cover! I am now enrolled with the AA as I don't trust this vehicle what so ever, which is less than ideal because it is my only vehicle.I understand faults can occur after buying a car, but 4-5 months after leaving the dealership is ridiculous.I strongly advise anyone buying a car from these guys to bring an ODB with you to check for any hidden issues, and to definitely look into getting your own warranty arranged. DO NOT use the ones this dealership provides. Instead of building my new business I am left spending all the money I earn on repairing this pile of junk.

Brought a car from seniors last week, Tom the head salesman was really easy to deal with , listen to want I required and we did a deal quickly. Got the vehicle ready earlier than expected.
