Park Avenue Dental Practice

Absolutely wonderful dentist. My first visit tonight. I'm terrified of the dentist and was close to tears when I went in. The dentist asked what he could do to help me and talked me through every part of the appointment. The best dentist appointment I've ever had, and I've had a lot ! I even managed a scale and polish without gripping on to the chair and flinching. So refreshing for somebody to take the time to listen and genuinely want to help you. No worries about my next appointment in 6 months. Thank you.

Treatment was first class, my appointment was on time. The NHS have set prices ridiculously high.I spent 10 minutes getting a filling that cost me £70!Do the math! I wish I was a dentist!

Came out of this dentist today feeling like a new man, thank you so much to Leanne and Caroline for all their help and hard work. Sorry if i was a tough customer, just a very anxious person.

Excellent, polite and helpful staff on reception and my dentist is lovely, puts me at ease as I hate going and always does a good Job. Other dentists are good as well.

Great reception staff very bad experience with a dentist. I have a long list of medical problems and had previous missed a couple of appointments and rang after to explain why for example falling out of the bed to my copd and banging my head and being knock out in this particular dentist's did not matter and then give me one final warning if I missed an appointment. I am not going to mention names but you would of had to go upstairs to use him with him being left handed. Then one morning early hours a simple check of my hospital records would of shown a had a pulmonary embolism and woke up with it lodge in my legs an ambulance arrived in less than 3 minutes whilst I struggled to breathe and as soon as got to hospital I was in intensive care the ambulance said for to leave everything behind and i was not with it with fallen oxygen levels so I had no mobile but this dentist because I missed my appointment being in intensive care removed from the practice and said I should of called to let him know. So I gather similar experiences reading this with the same dentist I should of taken this further as now after complaining they have said yes you can come back with one of the least experienced dentists on site not his fault they all have to start off somewhere but given my acute medical problems a more experienced doctor would have been better not a one that seems to act like a fascist. A bit of respect goes a long way and this particular is dragging what would be a good score overall for the dentist so we are all talking about the same dentist as I have had a couple of friends that have had bad experiences with his attitude. Now I feel my complaint should have been taken to a higher level but they just put me with the newest dentist and thought I would just keep my mouth shut but this dentist needs to be spoken. For example taking someone off their list while they are in intensive care does not add up to any form of professionalism and he should be monitored by more senior staff for how he tries to be little you due to being extensively medically I'll.

Nothing but good service from reception and dentists so far 3 visits would recommend

Rude reception staff, spoke to me like a naughty child. She said I’d missed appointments so didn’t have anything until May!!!!
