I don’t know where we would be without Natalia.After our dog suffered a stroke, I googled and found Pawsitive. Natalia has been an integral part (and an absolute blessing) to our dog’s recovery.Our dog has loved and trusted her (and gets so excited seeing her!) and each week, we’ve seen him improve. We also trust her without question!

Natalia has been pivotal in Millie’s recovery. After IVDD surgery, Millie’s future was on the line and decided to take a conservative management path. After a few sessions with Natalia, we started to see a lot of progress and mobility in her paws and hind legs which was not seen in the first two months of recovery post surgery. Natalia has been kind, gentle and shown throughout how competent she is at what she does. We are so grateful and happy that Natalia has gotten Millie back on her feet and we will continue to use her services to ensure that Millie remains strong and healthy!

Natalia from Pawsitive is absolutely amazing and professional.Our cat had a spinal surgery 3 months ago and can't use her back legs. Natalia is very helping her to get mobility and strength again. She made a physio plan and gave us all the best advices to help her in the right way. Natalia worked wonders on our cat Gloria after she fractured one leg and had to have one of her rear hip joints removed following a fall from a height - within a few months Gloria’s limps had disappeared, and she was back to running and jumping the same as before the accident! In addition Gloria LOVED Natalia’s physio visits to our home, a testament to Natalia’s gentle touch and caring approach. She is always calm, friendly and deeply knowledgable, and we can’t thank her enough for bringing Gloria back to full health!

Natalia is an outstanding professional who always listens to her customer concerns about the treatment of their pets. Not only is she highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also is patient and relentless in finding solutions and treatments to help the wellbeing of the animals. She helped with advice where the vet did not really see a point in giving me any other solutions than surgery!!
