Excellent customer service with very helpful and friendly staff. It was easy to buy euros and sending my online shopping return back was really quick, and I discovered that they can take Amazon returns too. They also have a really good selection of cards and stationary.

Excellent local post office with friendly staff who provide very good service. I’ve returned amazon parcels several times using this post office with no problems and received great advice when sending other parcels. Exchanging my money was also quick and easy!

Really friendly service in an actual Post Office, not just a counter in a shop! I've been trying to get documents certified for a month (it's been hard because of Covid-19, and all solicitors seem to have stopped doing it). Finally had the chance to drop in here this morning - it was easy to do and the lady behind the counter way really helpful.

The staff have a lot of patience and are much better than most customer services in Reading. I was standing in the queue and this guy started shouting at the clerk blaming him for an item that went missing in the post and was adamant about getting a refund on the spot. After he left I was served and the guy serving me brushed it off like it was nothing and didn't let it spill over to other customers.Fantastic job!

The bloke behind the counter is really helpful and clearly knows his stuff. Saved me some money by recommending that I split my parcel into 2 smaller ones because of the weight. Pleasant experience, will use again. Highly recommend.

Note, this does not apply to the main proprietor, and I only gave it one star out of necessity to post this review... I say hello. Nothing. Just a blank stare. Goodbye. Nothing. Another blank stare. All I got was Five pound fifty change" during the transaction. Dreadful service."

This is a great post office which provides great customer service. Staff have always been efficient and helpful. I have never had trouble with posting mail or parcels and never had problems with other transactions including returns, banking and euro exchanges.
