I managed to get my logo printed onto a t-shirt and jumper within 1 hour all for a really good cost! Lovely family run business and was given great advice on printing one of the logos onto grey fabric and through their advice - I loved the final printed look! Highly recommended

I had a really unpleasant phonecall with a member of staff from Magic Sign. When I introduced myself and asked my initial query I was met with silence. I thought the phone wasn’t working so I asked if they could hear me okay - turns out they could. The phone was then disconnected (I don’t know if I was hung up on or not). I didn’t receive a call back so I rang back myself after a couple of minutes and was met with the same unfriendliness I’d received before. In the end it turned out they didn’t do the type of service I was after (embroidery on linen), so this review is not a reflection on their physical services, just their customer service.
