We Love Churros

Dear ManagerManchester churros company, Trafford centre.Churros was raw. We requested for well done. The lady who serves the churros was very rude to us. It was not first time. Every time she is so mean to customers. She Literally threw the food this time, not just disrespecting us, disrespecting food also. Extremely disappointed. She always gets into fights.I always love the churros here, now I should give second thought to visit again. I’m writing this because, it’s not first time we are treated like this. It happened every single time. Customer service is very important. Please change the staff.09 April 2022

2 issues hereFirstly they dont know how to make churros.. mine were rock hard and over cooked and i orderd 2 portions.. they looked like cat pooSecondly when i took them back to the young ladey to explain that they overcooked.. she became very abrupt rude and agressive.. my children were frightend as she was shoting and swearingWhen i asked for the manager she said she is the manager and her mum is the ownerI asked for a refund and ill be on my way.. she refused the refund and threw my churros back at me with a crowd of customers watching.. i then saw her customer quickly vanish so she lost alot more than my refund which backfired for her..This is way id rather choose to go to established bigger companies.. they have educated and well mannerd professional people to serve you with the correct proceedures in place for dissatisfactionShopping local or small is not worth it as you end up with people like this who just come from a poor upbringing and are dealing with the public with no consideration.Instead were bullied by little chubby eyar mate morons
