Best barbers around, can’t speak higher of Zanear, used to hate getting haircuts and actively avoid going. The full team at Arkade is top notch and have vastly improved my confidence in experimenting with new styles etc.

Been coming here for the past few months now, only wish I’d found this place earlier! Chilled vibes, good music, staff are super friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Zanear who’s been cutting my hair. Great attention to detail, 10/10 cuts every time.

Cannot fault this place. Trendy building, located in the centre of Leeds. The staff were all very friendly, and Evie (my barber) took so much care in asking me what I wanted, and making sure I liked what the end product was going to be. Will definitely be returning!

I left Arkade barbers initially happy, but when I got home I realised I had hair cut all different lengths and really strange proportions.I don’t feel I was really listened to and I had to get my hair cut again really soon after.For £30 I expect at least a decent hair cut.If the haircut was £12-15 I’d feel like it was value for money for what I walked out with.If communication and care was improved to match the nice interior, I’d return to try again.

I had a haircut today, and a hot towel shave with Ben.I will be clear that the haircut was excellent, and Ben was accommodating.My disappointment originates from the hot towel shave service. It is supposed when you are visiting a barber for a hot towel shave that, the shave will be with a razor and not with a clipper. At Arkade, the shave service was with a clipper and at the end, they placed just a hot towel on my face without any other kind of pampering.The bottom line, maybe I will revisit them for a haircut only.

Went for the first time today, I was the last one in and had my hair cut by Zanear. This is an absolutely incredible place, fantastic people and honestly the best haircut of my life. Just put your trust in the team, these are some great people doing great work. Thank you!!!
