After initially reading the reviews I had high expectations. However I had my hair appointment cancelled twice by Beth just before Christmas. The second time I had cancelled a trip to get my hair done and she let me know she could not do my hair one hour before an actual appointment after an apparent bad back, but had been working all day up until that. If this was genuine I would understand but this is the second time cancelled in 1 week for different excuses. Absolutely shocking experience.
