Fantastic customer service going above and beyond to find our pallets and to ensure they were delivered to us in a timely way. Cheryl deserves praise for her help with listening to our problem and resolving it. Mention to the driver Ali who was helpful and gave a very good impression of the company who managed to deliver to a small village with a small access road and offload the pallets in double quick time and place them on the drive. I would use this company anytime.

Excellent service & great value for moneyDespite not being a regular customer, Station Couriers couldn’t have been more helpful when asked to complete a one off job. Chris was very helpful & the drivers, Adam & Martin were professional, efficient & courteous .They were a pleasure to deal with at a very stressful time!Thanks guys!

We work with these on a daily basis, drivers are spot on, always happy to wait that extra 5 minutes to get a rush order out. Office staff are friendly and whenever there is an issue they ( like failed delivery) they resolve it straight away with and keep us in the loop of what's going on

Company sent vehicle too large for access despite obvious nature of site. The driver was excellent and did the best he could, however the van caused damage to our track, fruit bushes, fencing and top soil. The assistant sent out to help assured me that all would be put right but I have had no word from the company. The rabbit fencing to protect our food crops was crushed and although the guys pulled it back u p the wire that was buried to stop rabbits digging was wrecked and rabbits gave now got in and eaten lots of of crops.

Extremely poor service from this company. Wanted to dump pallet delivery on the main road. Then had the temerity to demand £60 from me for a re delivery. Use another courier if you possibly can...

Abrupt, rude and very unhelpful when I tried to rearrange a delivery. Appalling attitude. Told them to return the parcel in the end as I was getting nowhere despite speaking to two different people.
