Ordered a new bone saddle from Chris and it exceeded my expectations, both in the service given and the quality of the product.Beautifully made saddle, fitted perfectly after the usual small adustments, and the sound improvement is remarkable. I had tried a couple of other bone saddles before which were either too slim or crumbled under the strings. No such issues here and I now have an upgrade to be totally satisfied with.All you could need is provided in a very nicely assembled pack, including sanding materials and even a DVD too.They care about what they do and it really shows. Excellent value for money and highly recommended!

Excellent quality tools I particularly like the fret dressing tools use them most days in my guitar workshop. Very high quality very well made and great value! (also fast delivery, thankyou)

As soon I as opened my fret file package I knew I was in for a treat! The smell of wood oil was obviously applied by a craftsman with love and the workmanship is created with care. Cheers for making your creations so we can all at least have superior tools for our prized instruments ;)

Very happy with my custom made bone saddle thank you! Great communication and postage was quick, even over the christmas period. Chris is very knowledgable and helped me get the exact fit of my old one. I went from plastic to bone and the difference is really noticable. Cleaner, brighter, loader and more sustain. Highly recommended.

I needed a bone saddle for my prize Taylor acoustic. I was worried about doing it remotely as of course the intonation needed to be spot on. However i sent Chris a few pictures and explained my problem and he nailed it first time. I was so surprised at the little pack you get too, he doesn't just give you the saddle he provides you with a little DIY pack of different grade sandpapers and wire wool etc so you have the confidence to fit it yourself. And to top it all it made a huge difference to my tone and fixed my intonation issue too. Thanks Chris. Matthew Seed
