Do not apply with them. They are scammers. If you give them deposit for the new property they make you sign a paper so they can keep the entire deposit if you don't pass de references .If you don`t sign the paper they wont consider your application. Those kind off agencies take advantage about lacking of regulation and scam people .DO NOT APPLY WITH THEM .LET THEM GO BANKRUPT.

We just got the keys to our new home and couldn’t fault your move in any way. Tayla went above and beyond, letting us go back to the house 5 or 6 times with builders and chasing up all solicitors as well when things seemed to stall. When she was off there was always someone covering and keeping us updated so very pleased with the service all round
