Worst Costa I've been to. There was only one member of staff working, she was friendly but clearly couldn't cope on her own. Outside where we parked (between Costa and cinema), there was some sort of vent that was leaking and it had frozen over which I slipped on. Coffee was served lukewarm. I stood at the till waiting to ask for a fresh one for over 5 mins with nobody in front of me and nobody came to serve me so I left my coffee and left. Won't be returning to this branch.

Like this Costa. Always quiet and one of the few that have a good seating area outside which is great when it's sunny.

Small car park was nearly full, but there was plenty of overflow parking a few metres away. Ordered a couple of drinks, but noticed one of the cups was chipped after pouring out the tea. Member of staff swiftly took it away, along with the pot of tea and replaced everything. Fairly quiet when we went at 10am. Choice of seating to suit everyone.

Nice cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating includes nice deep back chairs and sofas. The summer coffee options include excellent iced Frappes and Coolers

We ordered a coffee and chocolate both were served nice and hot in very good time, I also had a free birthday cake and chose a mince pie which the person behind the counter offered to heat up 5☆

What a discusting place, went in yesterday with my 92 year old father, to be stood waiting in a queue for 20 minutes, When the girl finally came out from god knows where to the till to be asked by another girl who was struggling to make a certain coffee for some help, well the look on her face tells me she had a bad attitude and clearly didn't want to be there. The service was so slow and for that reason we had to leave as we could no longer stand there. These girls certainly need more training and brushing up on their people skills. Im sorry to say we won't be coming back again. Went to the Red Lion down the road and got served with a sausage sandwich and a coffee all within 15 Minutes of being served.

Ordered a medium black Americano to take out. Overfilled and spilt everywhere -- slightly scolded my thumb and finger, no acknowledgement from the server. Wasn't even offered another, decided to go and ask for replacement. Hopefully this doesn't happen to a more vulnerable customer.
