Cathy Stones Counselling
I have been seeing Cathy on a weekly basis for the last few months now and she has completely turned my life around. From just September of this year, I didn't want to be here anymore... but with support, I reached out to Cathy and I am so thankful I did. Seeing a counsellor can be daunting, but Cathy Stones is a fantastic listener, advice giver, and I couldn't recommend enough. She took her time to get to know me, understand me and my thoughts - I didn't just feel like 'another patient' which was incredibly important to me. Nothing but great experiences.
