The staff are affable and adept, my brogues were thought irremediable until I popped in one day curious about the possibility of repair and they obliged me. A great job was made of it and they really cared about restoring my old clogs!

The staff at Timpson, Elgin, are knowledgeable and very talented in their diverse work. I had engraving carried out on a graduation gift for my son, I was delighted with the outcome. I have also had boots repaired there. Fantastic customer service.

The guys who run this place are very helpful and will go out of their way tae be of assistance as I am disabled the mannie came tae me at the door and fitted a new rubber tae mee stick. They didnae have tae do it but how refreshing tae still have this level of customer service. Well done in mee book.x.

Popped in to get a pair of dance shoes re-heeled and found myself 3rd in the queue. Didn't have to wait long though as everyone was dealt with very efficiently. Expected to be told it would be a couple of hours but instead I was told I could come back in 45 mins. Great service and very reasonable at £11. Would certainly recommend.

I am a firm believer that if you help someone, someone will help you back and my belief in this theory was proved the other day. I broke the main key for my motorcycle and as I needed it for a trip a few days later, I was in a pickle. Getting keys for motorcycles is quite difficult but on calling at this shop the chap in charge immediately helped me and sorted out a problem I had with the good key" to be used as a template for the replacement. He was very quick
