Unfortunately we had a VERY VERY BAD experience.The manager agreed a price for cutting a tree and taking out the stump. The day agreed she said she must charge £1800 extra for taking it out.She didn’t bring all the stuff they need for doing the job (no bags for taking out the rubbish, no hose, no broom and not even a shovel). This company didn’t clean properly my garden after cutting the tree and they left a big mess all over the place they went through.I asked the tree surgeon company (elite solutions subcontract them and overprice for the work) how much they charge for taking the stump out and they said £350 while this Michelle wanted to charge me EXTRA £1800.Won’t recommend it at all.
