Having worked with Cook Brown for the first time (recommended to us by our builder who himself had worked with them on several previous projects), I can honestly say they made the entire process of getting our building work signed off and receiving a building regulations certificate extremely simple with no stress whatsoever. Phil [Caine] and his colleagues were professional and diligent throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. I certainly received everything I paid for.

Seamless professional service. Gave good advice and acted on our behalf with local authority very swiftly. Came out on site and liaised with the builder as soon as needed. Would definitely use again. It always pays to have a third party check over the quality of the building work. They were excellent.
