For being there under circumstances that were traumatic, the service given to me by the company was fantastic! Apologetic for any delays, it was clear I had visited at a busy time.A big thank you to Andy, who was such a kind gentleman, he could see how upset I was, and he helped me move things and even gave me the positive mindset chat that I needed.

My car was taken here recently after being stolen and initially things seem to be ok. However when I made a call back to discuss something Nicole has the most appalling telephone manner and was really obtuse on the telephone. Customer service needs some improvement. Thankfully my car has since been removed.

Had star autos recover my car after breaking down in such a scary situation. Their driver Stuart was absolutely wonderful and got me back home safely and took my car to their yard for storage. Went to get my belongings from the car and dealt with Sean, a very well mannered and understanding bloke.Overall a very good experience and hopefully I don’t break down again but if I do, star autos will be the ones I call!

Had my car recovered here, staff were rude when I collected it, bits of the car was missing, and stuff from inside the car was missing. Stolen and recovered admitted, but considering I found my own vehicle then had the police have it recovered for forensics, I very much know half my stuff was in the vehicle, when I collected it, my stuff was vanished.. theft has clearly taken police on Star Autos grounds!, absolute shocking service.. when confronted, I was given abuse and attitude from the staff, who think they are above the law because they are police approved contractors. Nice way to run a business..

Wasn't very nice going here. Our vehicle was stolen on Monday and damaged in a police chase so, it was sad to see. I've given it 5stars because of how helpful the young lad was who worked there. He helped us get our belongings from the car and was very pleasant he helped make an awful experience a little easier. So thank you.

God help you if your car ends up here - lied to multiple times and denied access to my own vehicle and my own possessions. Shocking service to say the least.EDITMISS Raut would like to say that had the owner actually taken 5 minutes and reviewed our issue, they would, at the very least know I am a woman. (Their response has now conveniently been deleted) Secondly, while the apparent reason for denying me access to my things was told to me, I wasn't aware that star autos would lie to insurance and claim that I was always able to access my things when infact I was not, as confirmed by your response. As a result of these lies, I was forced to travel much further away to collect my things -something that could have been avoided had star autos not been incompetent.

Had a car that was stored there for 2 weeks as it was needed for evidence from West Midlands Police. When it was released, my insurance failed to collected the car on 3 separate instances. The reception staff were always polite, helpful and responded with good humour, even though they had been messed around alot with failed collections. Thank you for your assistance in what has been a very difficult time with an incompetent insurer.
