Took film in to be developed on the 7 days service for 11 pound ... after 7 days was told it is up to 14 days. Explained I wasn't told this at the time of paying for the 7 day service. Her answer was it's on the ticket.... but I didn't get the ticket until I had paid for the 7 day service... !!
