Bought some bulbs from here and within a week they all stopped working. The owner and his assistant were very reluctant to change them, and effectively called me a liar and blamed it on an electric surge, or perhaps my light wasn’t fitted properly! If one was defective wouldn’t have even come back, but all 3 stoped working within a few days of each other. Spent nearly £80 at this outlet, when buying various bulbs for my new property, and first time using this outlet as it’s local and like to support local businesses. Owner reluctantly changed them, taking to me while he was eating and said I don’t want to discuss it further! Won’t be giving them my custom again.

DONT SHOP HERE!!!THE BLACK GUY IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
