Orchid Home Care have recently provided care for my mum. 4 visits per day by two carers to help with personal care and bedtime routines. Such lovely ladies who were kind and gentle and courteous towards mum on every visit. Sadly the need for their service has ended as mum recently passed away but my sister and I appreciated all the help and support the carers provided for mum during her illness.

Orchid have provided care for my grandma since 2018 and have been exceptional! The carers are friendly and helpful, they have become a part of the family and have built a close relationship with us all. Communication between the office and carers has always been brilliant and we couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for family or friends who need support.

Orchid home care look after my mother and the carers she has treat her like family . They go above and beyond to ensure she is comfortable and has everything she needs I Hear so many bad tales about carers from other companies so glad we haven't had any issues . Don't know what we would do without them . Thanks orchid for all your support .

Carers for my mother in law amina seth from orchid home are very punctual and always come in with a smile ,work is up to a great standard,they just like our family,very satisfied,amina wouldn't swap them for anyone else.

Our grandma had a very bad stroke in 2018 which unfortunately left her bed bound which meant we needed help, care and support at home once she was discharged. we were introduced to orchid home care and ever since the beginning of 2019 they helped us look after our grandma from the comfort of our home the best we could, from 4 visits a day, morning, lunch time, tea time, bed time and some night visits too. They helped with everything they possibly could, the staff were lovely, kind and helpful and spoke multiple languages which helped our family and friends to communicate and understand each other's needs and requirements. We sadly lost our amazing grandma in march this year and would like to thank all the staff and management at orchid home care for everything they did for us.Thank you very much from huribai and family x
