What could we possibly complain about sitting in a toasty sauna looking over bayble beach?! We went into the sauna without getting wet whatsoever! We heade in as we were for around 20 mins at 85 degrees and it was BLISS. Saying this so people dont think they need to go into the cold water (brrrrr :)) ) as we are not exactly in a warm climate and its not for everyone!! Sauna no swim does work! Comfortable, cosy & soooo relaxing for a Saturday morning. Cant wait to return!!

An amazing luxury experience, sitting by the log burner, watching the waves crash in and running into the sea! Relaxing and exhilerating, the session was very efficiently run, the sauna is beautiful, a fabulous addition for the sea swim community and for others, on the Isle of Lewis and Harris.

Had a fab first experience of the saltbox sauna this week. Highly recommended. The loch was a VERY cold plunge pool, but really invigorating. I’ll definitely be booking again

So lucky with the weather and amazing view of the beach from the sauna. Wonderful to not only soak up the heat of the sauna but also to cool off with a dip in the sea. Lovely being in a barrel with a view rather than boxed in, in a usual sauna scenario. Such a wonderful experience and I felt truly invigorated and revitalised. Highly recommend.

It was such a treat to have a sauna by the beach, alternating between hot and cold, being outside in the salty cold air and sharing the beach with sandpipers and oystercatchers. I felt super energised on my way back and continued the wellbeing theme" with a cosy evening by the fire at home. Bliss!"

What a wonderful location to have a swim and sauna. I am hooked on this way to spend an hour. The sauna was clean, hot and there was a beautiful fragrance when the water was poured on to the stones. I will be booking again.
