Incredibly helpful. Although I knew nothing about lifting and it was a one-off purchase, the guy on the counter was extremely patient, taking me up to the stores so I could see the products themselves (the names meant nothing to me!)Price was good too.I would mention the man's name, but I couldn't read what he put on the invoice.Thank you!

Needed an engine hoist to lift a wood fired oven on top of its base. Unfortunately it didn't reach high enough. They sent a rigger round to see if they could help out but no joy. After some discussion he advised I use a counterbalance lifting hoist. They managed to acquire one the next day. Jobs a good one. Very helpful staff. I would recommend them to all who need some lifting requirements.
